Nano-Porous Matrix: A Trap for Noise
2026 technology has moved away from cumbersome basalt wool. In a Reception Space lobby, we utilize thin aerogel and carbon composites with a fractal pore structure. When a sound wave enters such a material, it reflects multiple times and loses energy, converting into micro-heat. This allows for achieving a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) above 0.95 with a panel thickness of only 15 mm. Effective silence can now be thin and elegant.
