Their lobbies are not shopping floors but interfaces between the city and the warehouse, where order pickup time is measured in seconds, and the design emphasizes sterility and efficiency.
The Speed Interface
The Dark Store lobby is designed for zero waiting time. Instead of shop windows, there are rows of smart lockers and robotic pickup windows. Finishing materials include stainless steel, anti-static self-leveling floors, and bright LED lighting. The design emphasizes utility: every line on the floor guides a courier or customer via the shortest path. Reception here is replaced by a Face-ID or QR identification terminal.

Behind the lobby wall lies an automated storage system. Robotic arms deliver orders directly to the pickup window. We design these spaces with acoustic comfort in mind — mechanism noise is completely isolated by sound-absorbing panels. This creates an atmosphere of calm, invisible magic as the product emerges from the wall upon your request.
